And while most of the album is sweet 'n' spicy Southern soul, special mention must be made of the song "You’ve Got to Deal with It (This Superworld)," a tantalizingly powerful, seven minute-long, socially conscious soul epic that suggests Armstrong could have followed the politically aware path to stardom trod by Marvin Gaye, The O'Jays, and Curtis Mayfield.
